Our impact

Change you can trace.

We only publish figures we can verify. Where we're still measuring, we show exactly how — so you can hold us to it.

Impact dashboard

What we measure

SSG is early in its journey. Figures will appear here once they've been collected and checked.

Outcomes framework

The outcomes we work towards

Confidence

Young people feel more able to speak up, try new things and handle setbacks.

Skills

Growth in communication, teamwork, digital and enterprise skills.

Aspiration

Clearer goals and next steps in education, training or work.

Connection

Stronger relationships with mentors, peers and the local community.

How we measure

Listening first, then counting.

We keep measurement light-touch for young people, collect only what we need, and never publish anything that could identify a young person.

Impact reports

Our first impact report will be published here. Funders and commissioners can request our evaluation framework now.

Case studies & testimonials

We'll share stories from young people, families and partners — only with their permission, and anonymised where needed.

Our reporting commitments

Under our Strategic Plan 2027–2036 we'll publish an annual impact report, report outputs separately from outcomes, use baseline and follow-up measures without claiming more than the evidence supports, and review findings with young people and partners.
